All-metal contour diaphragm — a wise selection for high performance couplings. It is particularly suitable for applications of higher speed/ large compensation. Since the 1950s, diaphragm couplings have been widely used in various industries, especially in various core equipment in the natural gas and petrochemical industries.
The all-metal contour diaphragm couplings feature
light weight, no lubrication, high torsional stiffness, large compensation
capacity, and no limit of torque capacity, and they are the prior choice for
high power turbine units and high speed test bench applications, especially for
high speed and high compensation applications.
There are two main types of contour
diaphragm couplings in the world: welded type and connected type. Wuxi TRUMY
can provide direct support for new units with connected stainless steel
diaphragms, also can provide maintenance service for vacuum electron beam
welding diaphragms.
