TRUMY wind power couplings have the following features:
Specially made high performance stainless steel discs are used, with high axial, angular and radial capacity;
Intermediate shaft connected with
reinforced glass fiber, light weight and high electrical insulation performance;
Specially made friction disc overload torqueprotector is used, in integrated design with the intermediate shaft, and eachcoupling is calibrated with slipping torque on TRUMY test bench before dispatch;
High safety margin and strength reservation, the main parts are made of forged alloy steel, with full consideration on maintenance-free feature.
